Since we don't have the Online training session today, Sharing with you my HomeWorkOut for the day
Warm-Up 6 Minutes skipping ropes \ or Running on the spot (if that not possible )
The below in 40 Second on / 15 Second Rest - 5 round :
Burpees to shoulder Press with a dumbbell( or Water bottle if that not available )
