Today's HomeWorkout is inspired by the workout our very own MICH did for Grazia Magazine.

ROUND 1
· 30 seconds water bottle bicep curls
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds burpees
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds low squats
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds mountain climbers
ROUND 2 (Boxing Fitness):
· 1 minute - Footwork - Bounce/Switch stance
· 15 second rest
· 1 minute - Footwork - Punch with Jab/Switch stance
· 15 second rest
· 1 minute - Footwork - Punch with Backhand/Switch stance
· 15 second rest
· 2 minutes - Footwork - Six Punch combination
ROUND 3
· 30 seconds water bottle bicep curls
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds burpees
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds low squats
· 30 seconds rest
· 30 seconds mountain climbers
I am personally going to reduce the rest on all 3 rounds to 15seconds only and will add 3 minutes skipping at the beginning.
