Morning RBO Family,
I hope you are holding up fine, staying home but staying active.
Today's HomeWorkout is based on what RBO posted on Instagram yesterday, below recap ( with a twist ) ;
I wil start with a warm-up of 3 minutes skipping at the beginning.
· 60 Squats
· 40 Pushups
· 50 Lunges
· 40 Dumbbell Lifts
· 120-Second Plank
· 100 Jumping Jacks.
Depend on how my legs feel after the above, I may go for 2 rounds of it.
