I hope you are all doing well during this distress times.
Since the Gym closed; I started doing some home exercises that we all did at a given moment in RBO.
Here is today's plan :
Warm-Up 6 Minutes skipping ropes \ or Running on the spot (if that not possible )
The below in 40 Second on / 20 Second Rest - 5 round :
Bear Crawl Push-ups
